A Russian samovar is a traditional tea-making device: a metal container with a large central chamber for boiling water and an attached chimney pipe. Its name translates as 'self-boiler,' referring to its ability to heat water independently. One samovar is served for the whole table. It must be pre-ordered because heating the water takes 1-2 hours.
